Welcome to the club!! I'm just waiting for my buy back now. They couldn't fix the issue, and my family's safety is my top priority. I think that's the downside of a brand new engine design.

Not trying to scare you off, but maybe I just got unlucky with a lemon. My 2022 Wagoneer's engine died completely, and the dealer can't fix it. Apparently, a valve broke and lodged itself in a cylinder. Pretty rough for a 2022 model, right?

UPDATE: The dealer wasn't able to fix it and we are now working for a buyback which they agreed to (they should). They said that a valve broke and fell off to one of the cylinders. Such a disappointment for a new car.

Talk about bad luck! My 2022 Grand Wagoneer decided to quit on me out of the blue with only 36K miles on it. Took it to the dealership, and guess what? They're saying the engine's locked up. Now I'm looking at over a month or two of waiting for repairs. Not exactly what you'd expect from a...
