    Did you have a written agreement on it? If it's just verbal, then it's really hard for you to prove it since they can easily deny it. I don't know with Jeep man, they just keep on getting worse and worse.

    Ugh, joining the club of frustrated Wagoneer owners here. Got my 2021 with only 25k miles on it, and it's been chilling in the shop for a whopping 8 MONTHS already! At this point, I'm wondering if a refund is even an option? Feeling super sad and disappointed by the whole situation.
