2nd row seats problems

My Series II seats aren't folding down properly, and I have to climb over them to get my kids in and out. Do you have any ideas what's wrong?

I’ve run into the same thing with my Wagoneer! The only trick that kinda helps is turning the car off and on again (rebooting), but it's not a sure fix every time. Super annoying!

Stuck with the same issue and tbh, I have no clue how to fix it! Waiting seems to be the only option, but with the kiddos in the backseat? Yeah, that’s just not feasible!

It might be a simple issue with the seat release mechanism. Try checking if there's any debris blocking the latch or if the release lever is stuck. If that doesn’t work, a quick spray of lubricant on the hinges might help.
