I bought my Wagoneer for the "exemplary service," but it’s been in the shop half the time I’ve owned it. I have a Start/stop issue, no fix yet, and no updates, just a moldy Grand Cherokee loaner, and my Wagoneer’s racking up miles fast. They say they’re waiting on parts, but my app shows high-speed drives. Am I getting taken for a ride, or is this just how it goes?
 
That's a seriously frustrating situation with your Wagoneer. The service you're getting is clearly not what you were promised. Unresolved issues and the high-speed drives showing up on your app are major red flags. You're being taken advantage of. You need to demand explanations document everything and escalate to a regional manager. This is not acceptable and you need to advocate for yourself and your vehicle.

I’ll start documenting everything and push for answers. Have others had luck escalating to a regional manager?
