Front Comfort Screen refuses to come down

My cousin 2023 Grand Wagoneer L Series III has about 12k miles on it, she got it sometime in June. There seem to be some issue with the front comfort screen, it refuses to come down when we press the console button, the button also gives off a weird vibration, it seems the vehicle is saying "Nahh, not today!'', we have checked through the internet for solution but nothing seems to fix it. I'd appreciate any help

It is a used car, what did you expect? It might be a gear issue. Hopefully, nothing has been forced or something. Take it to the dealership and ask them for help. I don't think there is any other way of fixing this.

Before you swing by for service, just make sure nothing’s in the way of it closing all the way, okay?

Are you sure there is nothing physically that is obstructing it from closing?
