Good cargo mat for behind second row

Looking for a cargo mat. I've got floor mats and a cargo liner for behind the third row. The problem is the cargo mat behind the second row constantly slides forward when loading up the my dogs. I tried velcro but isn't strong enough, and the pups don't like the hard, slippery plastic. So I'm trying to find one for the bigger space behind the second row.

Anyone recommend a cargo mat that fits well behind the second row, has a more rubberized feel than hard plastic, and stays put? Bonus points for dog-approved!
