Picked up my Wagoneer S from the dealership on Friday after multiple repairs, only half the issues were actually fixed, and now I’ve got another one.

- Second-row bucket seat headrests won’t stay up after folding the seats.
- Friends lowered the second row to access the third row, and now the headrests refuse to lock back into place.
- Dealer already missed several issues, should I take it back, or is there an easy fix?

Would love to hear if anyone else has dealt with this problem before I waste another trip to the dealership.

That sounds frustrating, especially with the issues they missed before. Jeep's customer service can be hit or miss, especially with multiple problems. The second-row bucket seat headrest issue isn’t exclusive to the Wagoneer, other models have it too. Try checking for obstructions and manually adjusting the headrests by raising the switch while pulling the seat up to see if they lock properly.
Given the ongoing issues, it might be worth taking it back to the dealer, documenting everything, and insisting on a proper fix.
