How to disable tracking via Jeep Connect app?

I just discovered that my ex has been tracking my Grand Wagoneer through the Jeep Connect app for 9 months without my consent. Jeep support says she has to remove himself from the account, but she refuses.

I need to stop this tracking right now. Short of getting a court order, are there any immediate solutions?
⚠ Can I disable GPS tracking from the vehicle?
⚠ Would a system reset remove her access?
⚠ Is there a way to block Uconnect services entirely?

Even if it means I lose GPS or radio functionality, I just want to shut it down ASAP.

I’m no lawyer, but the first thing I’d suggest is getting an order of protection ASAP! The Uconnect system is probably linked to the radio, so disconnecting the power or removing the radio should stop the tracking though I’m not sure what other gadgets might throw a fit. If the title’s only in your name, the protection order should help get him out of the picture
