My Memory seat stopped working this morning

I need some help! Has anyone else had this problem? Or was my memory seat deleted?

We got our Wagoneer last month, and unfortunately, the memory seat feature keeps resetting after just a few days. Is this a common thing for you as well, or did you just happen to experience a one-off glitch?

@Theduke, this is common with some models. Some owners said it was only a software glitch when it happened. Sometimes these settings can reset if there is an update or if the car’s battery was disconnected. So, did you update the software recently or disconnect the car's battery?

I think I disconnected the car's battery at some point, maybe that is why it happened.

Yeah, it’s all good now. Turns out it just needed a quick reset, and it’s been working fine since.Thanks
