Step-by-Step Guide to Updating the UConnect System

I currently own a 2022 Series III with front and back screens. Unfortunately, I'm having problems with the audio from the rear screens not playing through the speakers and the content on the rear screens not mirroring on the main front screen.

Could someone please tell me how to load the appropriate build to solve this problem?

While I haven't attempted this method myself, its worth a shot. To initiate the reset, press and hold the two center buttons on the knobs. Also, verify that you're within Wi-Fi range. Just take it to your local dealer and let them update it for peace of mind

Mine has had numerous updates and I would take it to my dealer right away lol

Seems like my Uconnect is still stuck on the outdated version. I've attempted updates via my home WiFi . Even the dealer couldn't help; they didn't bother with the update.
