Rear Entertainment Issues

After replacing my Uconnect box, I no longer have control over or access to the rear entertainment displays. I tried restarting the car and performing a hard reset, but nothing worked. The message 'Rear entertainment controls not available from front screen' keeps appearing. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

It seems like there’s a software update from the dealer that might just sort this out.
