2022 Wagoneer with Start/Stop Error

Twice in the last month, my wife has had our 2022 Wagoneer shut off while at a stopped intersection. An error occurred with the Start/Stop warning light. She was able to restart. However, this is a concern that this is happening at intersections where she and my kids could be in a dangerous situation if the vehicle is not operating correctly. I noticed that NHTSA was investigating these type of stalls, but haven't heard if there has been a resolution. Any advice is appreciated.

Have you checked with the dealer if there are any software updates or recalls addressing this issue?

Any updates with this? Did you try doing a full system reboot??

Given the potential safety risk, I'd recommend taking the Wagoneer to the dealership for diagnosis. They can read any stored codes and see if there's a known fix or recall.
