2022 Wagonner's Fuel Door Doesn't Open: Emergency?

Hi, Wagoneer's drivers!
How is it going?
My Wagoneer's fuel door doesn't open whenever I want. I called for support at the dealership, but I got no answers. I have even tried the Open Sesame thing.
Do you think it is an emergency I should worry about?

My buddy had this thing happen to him. He found out that the driver’s door has to be open for the fuel door to pop open with a push. Guess it’s a little trick to keep sneaky folks away. Give it a shot and see if it works for you!

Mine's the total opposite - it's stuck wide open! Any tips on how to get this thing closed?

What do you mean by "Open Sesame thing"???
