App Won't Start My Wagoneer, Any Workaround?

So earlier today, I couldn’t use my app to start my car. I can still start it with the fob no problem, but the app’s totally bugged out. It was working fine until today. Super annoying coz I’ve been paying for this feature, y’know? I’ve tried logging in and out, even deleted and reinstalled the app, but no dice. Anyone else dealt with this? What’d you do?

Do you have a subscription to use the remote features of your car? You might need to pay for that.
 
Did you try contacting Jeep's support center? I'm experiencing it also but I still haven't gotten a response...
My app has never started or locked/unlocked my vehicle. We have gotten ahold of Jeep connect and apparently because our VIN contains the letter X it “is a non readable character” in their system. Curious if anyone else has had this same issue. Honestly I’m tempted to see about starting up a class action lawsuit because for the money we have spent on this vehicle I find it’s truly unacceptable that we have no timeline on this issue being rectified
