I've owned the Wagoneer S EV Launch editing for 2 days and my car completely locked up while pulling out of my driveway. I couldn't put it into park, drive, neutral and i couldn't turn it off. I was stuck diagonally across my street for 2 hours until roadside assistance came to tow the car.

I'm completely lost as to why.

whoa that sounds crazy! I can’t imagine being stuck like that. It would be great if they discover the underlying issue but that situation must have been incredibly annoying. Let us know if you discover what actually happened

A total lockup like that shouldn’t happen, especially on a brand-new EV, have you heard anything from the dealer or Jeep support about what caused it?

After 6 days at the dealer, they cleared the code and errors and were able to turn the car off. The car formed back on, they fully charged it, then drive it for 16 miles and no issues. They have no idea what happened after video chatting with service HQ too.

I picked the car up and drove it that night no problem. The next day I drove it to work, about 32 miles away, and halfway there i get an error " Electrical System Error" and it shows a red wrench with lightning bolts across it . It did not steal our act different.

I parked at work and notified dealer service. While attempting to drive home the error turns off and has been off ever since. Very odd, but I'll continue to update.
