Dead Battery problem

My Wagoneer car battery has died on me 3 times now, and the dealership is stumped! They ran tests but got nothing. Last time they even suggested a tow truck over a jump start next time.
I've seen others mention a possible amp drain issue. What did the shop do to fix it?

I had a similar issue with battery drain. In my case, it turned out to be an amplifier drawing too much power. Fortunately, a software update fixed the problem completely, and my battery has been great ever since.

How can I check if my wagoneer needs any software updates? Just got a used 2022 Series 1, dead batter today after towing 400 miles home then trying to restart it a few minutes after turning it off.
