does the wagoneer s 360 camera turn off too quickly?

I have a Wagoneer S, and I’ve noticed something strange about the 360-degree camera system:

It turns on in reverse, but as soon as I shift into drive, it shuts off.
I found a setting that delays shut-off for 8 seconds, but that’s not long enough for tricky parking situations.
Other vehicles I’ve owned kept the 360 camera on until reaching a certain speed, does the Grand Wagoneer S work the same way, or is this just how Jeep set it up?
Some videos show a shortcut on the infotainment screen to turn the camera on manually, is that a Grand Wagoneer-only feature?

I love the Wagoneer S, but at this price point, I feel like Jeep should have made this more user-friendly. Anyone know if there’s a way to keep the camera on longer?

You can customize the home screen. Just add the 360 camera option there.

Ok, just create a shortcut. To do it, press and hold the camera icon, then drag it to the top-left corner. This will turn it into a shortcut item. You can have up to four shortcuts, I think.
