Driving trailer break problems and cruse control

Hi everybody!
After almost 2500 miles on our new Wagoneer, I found something strange.

This strange glitch happens that the trailer brake menu randomly appears on the screen while driving without cruise control (as if I pressed the trailer brake myself, but I did nothing). It even happened while passing on the highway; at that time, it merely displayed the menu but also disabled the cruise control.

Has anyone else come across this? I'm still confused about what is happening.

It didn't happen to me, so I can't actually help you. Could it be a software bug? Check if there is any update for the software. Hopefully, it isn't an electrical fault.

maybe it’s just some weird software bug. I didn’t even think about checking for updates, so I’ll definitely look into that and see if there’s anything available. Hopefully, it’s something as simple as a software fix and not an electrical issue, because that would be a whole other headache !

It’s just so strange how it randomly pops up like that, especially when I didn’t even touch the trailer brake. And the fact that it disables the cruise control when it happens is even more confusing. I’ll check for updates and maybe swing by the dealership if it keeps acting up.
