GWS1 Rear Climate Control problem

Anyone else out there driving a GW? I'm loving the car overall, but for almost a year now I've been having problem with the rear climate control. The fan keeps going haywire, speeding up and slowing down, and sometimes the whole system just craps out and turns off completely. No matter what I try - adjusting from the main screen, secondary screen, or even the rear console - it's like the car just ignores me! The only fix I've found is a good old-fashioned power cycle (shut off and restart). Been to the dealership countless times - they replaced the rear module, flashed the software a bunch, but still nothing! They're stumped, and frankly, so am I. Anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?

I had this issue as well, and my dealer replaced the lower front screen. No more issues with my rear climate control.

I had a strange problem with my car's climate control as well. The rear screen was acting up, causing the front controls to malfunction. Replacing the faulty screen fixed the issue.
