I'm looking into two used Wagoneers and these are what I've observed

Grand Wagoneer interior: Even more luxurious than the Wagoneer. Obsidian interior, but wish I'd gotten light brown.
McIntosh stereo: Good, but underwhelming. Standard stereo is decent too.
Grand Wagoneer ride: Harsher due to larger wheels.
HO engine: Seriously quick. Sounds like a diesel.
Grand Wagoneer extras: HOLD feature, power-folding mirrors.
Grand Wagoneer issues: Ambient lighting needs more colors. Center console is bulky. Netflix only browsable from rear screens.

Automatic running boards are nice. Level 1 driving assist is awesome (sometimes scary). Panoramic sunroof is great, but hot. WS2 smoother start. Fridge is full of stuff. Headrest doesn't go up enough. Uconnect is great. Customer service isn't. HDMI is choppy.

It sounds like you've observed a lot, I have the GWS3, and I’m happy with it too. Wagoneer client services have been solid so far, even giving me a rental when my truck was in for repairs. I haven’t had any complaints with them yet. Your thoughts on the Grand Wagoneer’s ride and features align with my experience, though I do wonder if the larger wheels make the ride noticeably harsher. I've found the McIntosh stereoit decent too, though not mind-blowing.

That’s a lot of helpful insight, have you looked into any fixes or workarounds for the issues you mentioned, like the ambient lighting or the HDMI choppiness?
