My Wagoneer S3 got memory seat problem

Anyone else having trouble with their Wagoneer S3 memory seats? I programmed everything perfectly (profiles, easy entry/exit, linked fobs) but lately the driver's seat goes full-recline on easy exit and gets stuck! Dealer said low batteries (weird, we took a long trip!), charged them, but the issue is back. Going in again tomorrow, hoping someone has a real fix for this memory seat madness!

How many profiles do you have on it? If you have multiple profiles, try syncing only one key fob to the car. You can keep all the settings saved to the driver 1 and 2 buttons. Just remember, only the synced fob will automatically recall those settings. The other user will need to manually press their preferred button when entering the car.

Try deleting all your profies and don't add a new one.

Did you try updating the software? Maybe an update could fix it.
