Relax screen not working

I'm having some trouble with the Relax app on my car. The driver's screen isn't displaying anything when I try to use the app. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a fix or workaround I can try?

Is yours a 2022 model? I've heard that the TSB 08-090-22 requires software updates to address specific issues. You might need to take it to your dealer.

I'm having the same issue with my 2023 Grand Wagoneer. When I try to load any of the options, I get a message that says video won't load.
