we just bought our dream GW but the active lane management and driver assist keep crapping out! Dealership knew about 11 prior service visits, yet never mentioned it. Now, another dealership refuses to even look at it because of the service history (apparently 10 visits in 200 miles?!). Feeling lost with a malfunctioning $100k+ truck - anyone have advice on getting service or should I just return this lemon?

I had the same problem with my ALM after the Electric Power Steering Rapid Service Update. Luckily, there's a seemingly simple fix! My dealership disconnected both battery terminals for 5 minutes, then carefully touched the cables together to discharge any remaining power. After reconnecting the terminals, my ALM worked flawlessly again.
