Second-Row Seat Won't Budge in My GW III!

I’ve got this annoying thing on my GW III. So when I try to push the button on the top of the second-row seat on the driver’s side, it won’t tilt or slide forward like it’s supposed to. It was working fine up until last week. Any idea what’s up with that? Is something busted? And how do I fix it?

I had this issue. Turns out the cable was disconnected, but they got it fixed.

I believe it's a manual release. You'll need to pull the lever to move the seat forward.
