Series II Wagoneer Floor console with cupholder

I just bought a used Series II Wagoneer and was expecting to find a floor console cupholder. However, I could not find one. Isn't this a standard feature on the model?

Those are only available for the Grand Wagoneer model.

You are right, that's a standard feature. Maybe the ex-owner removed it.
