Recently gave my dad’s 2023 base L a serious glow-up with some slick 22" wheel and tire takeoffs from a Grand Wagoneer. After the swap, though, he started getting annoying TPMS error messages. We took it for a spin, but no luck - still flashing.
Finally, he took it to the dealer, and they figured out that the sensor codes were totally out of sync with his ride’s computer. Luckily, they were able to reprogram the system, and now it’s all smooth sailing.
Just a heads-up for anyone thinking about doing a wheel swap, make sure you check those sensors!
