Has anyone else had a total headache with UConnect? I just renewed my subscription, and I can track my car through the app, but I can’t actually send any commands. Support opened a case for me, but their follow-up calls were a bust. I missed one call, and they shut my case down, saying I only had three chances. What gives?

Now I’m back at square one, feeling like I’ve thrown my money down the drain! Any tips on getting better service? This is super frustrating!

Welcome to the club, grab a seat! I used to really love the Wagoneer until I had a bad experience with customer service too. If you’re feeling stuck, consider doing a chargeback with your credit card company, it’s pretty easy.

Ugh, seriously?! That sounds like a total pain! My experience was the complete opposite. Customer service wouldn’t leave me alone - like, they were calling me non-stop and bombarding my voicemail with messages! Eventually, I managed to get my Uconnect renewed and connected. Such a shame it’s not the same for you!

Yes, this is my first time dealing with this, tsk tsk! I can’t believe it’s that common! I thought I was just having bad luck. A chargeback does sound kinda tempting, but I’m nervous it’ll just make things messier. Did you have any luck sorting your issue out, or did you have to go that route?

Wow, that’s crazy! Seems like customer service can really vary, huh? I kinda wish I could’ve traded places with you - getting nonstop calls and messages is super annoying, but at least you got your issue sorted out!
