Wagoneer app question

I'm sharing my Wagoneer with my son, and we're having trouble logging into the app. It seems like only one of us can be logged in at a time.

I talked to someone at the company, and they said that's how it works. But I'm not sure why you can only have one person logged in. It seems kinda weird.

Has anyone else had this problem? Or maybe I did something wrong when I first set up the app?

They are right. It works the same for Jeep. It is all about security concerns. Why don't you create a second user profile?

You shouldn’t be limited to just one login. I’d suggest contacting customer support again or checking the app’s settings to see if there’s a fix.
