Wagoneer Passenger Screen is a useless brick

We got our hands on a new Wagoneer Series 3 and we're loving it... except for the passenger screen! It's basically a paperweight with that annoying "source already in use" message. Anyone else have this problem?

Mine started showing the same message after a software update too.
