Wagoneer Series 2 problems

I'm at my wit's end with our 2023 Wagoneer Series 2. We've been dealing with endless problems since we bought it, and it's been a nightmare. We've had battery issues, engine light warnings, software updates, and even a faulty part that's been on backorder for weeks.

We've taken the car to the dealership multiple times, and the service has been terrible. They've been unhelpful, unresponsive, and have even refused to provide a loaner car.

We're so frustrated and disappointed. This was supposed to be our dream car, but it's turned into a nightmare. Has anyone else had similar experiences with the Wagoneer Series 2?

Why just didn't you go to the manufacturer directly?
