Wagoneer SOS message

I received an error message stating, 'SOS Call Unavailable. Please see authorized service dealership.' This message appeared suddenly but later disappeared. Also, the overhead SOS button illuminates intermittently. It will remain off for a day, then appear again without warning.

This is a very uncommon issue.
But I'm guessing the problem is due to a poor electrical connection in the connector pins. Either you or the dealership check it or have electrical pin grease of some sort.

I would inspect the SOS system. It might have lost the connection or a fault. Did you have any battery or electric issues in the past?

Try disconnecting your battery for 5-8 mins and reconnect it after. Maybe that would resolve it.
