Wagoneer warranty reimbursement

Just got a head-scratcher from Wagoneer! They called out of the blue to offer a full refund on my extended warranty since I was an early Wagoneer adopter. Sounds too good to be true? Anyone else experience this? Should I be happy or worried? Haven't heard of them canceling warranties, just reimbursing...
