I’m kinda stuck on the rear quarter windows and liftgate trim strips for my 2022 Wagoneer Series II. They’re like little water reservoirs - totally not draining! I hit up the dealer, but they’re insisting it’s all good. But I’m not buying it! Anyone else run into this? Got any tips? I’m thinking of reaching out to Jeep directly for some ultimate backup!

Hey @BigBaldBeardGuy, I feel you on this one!
My 2022 Wagoneer Series II is doing the exact same thing with the rear quarter windows and liftgate trim. It is like a little water pool every time it rains or I hit the car wash. Freaking annoying.
The dealership keeps telling me it is normal, but I know it is not. Their opinion is more annoying.
One thing I have learned is that the tailgate is composite, so rust isn’t a worry. I also had a body shop tell me that the trim is glued on, and sometimes high-pressure water can loosen it. They re-glued mine with heavy-duty adhesive, and it is holding up fine now. But yeah, that water just sits there, and I have to raise/lower the liftgate several times to get it all out.

Might be worth reaching out to Jeep directly to see if they have got a more permanent fix in the works. Seems like a common issue, so hopefully, they will address it in future models.

Good luck, and if you find a solid solution, please share it!
