I’m on the hunt for a solid wireless front and rear dash cam. Anyone got any cool recommendations or brands that are totally worth it? Would love to get the lowdown from yall!

Hey @TakuraK , welcome to the forum!

I've been a Blackvue dash cam fan for ages and have put them in a bunch of different rides. So far I haven’t seen any models with wireless features. Usually, the secondary cam is hooked up to the main one, which takes care of settings, control, Wifi, and uploads. I’m guessing dash cams with internal batteries would need to be recharged pretty often, though. Seems like it’d be a bit of a hassle, yeah?

Are you sure about that, @mike201011.
I know Thinkware Q800 Pro and Vantrue N4 are the popular choices he can choose from. As far as I know, they have wireless features.
Am I wrong?

I'll always recommend the Thinkware U1000 or the BlackVue DR900X-2CH for Wagoneer, they’re wireless, reliable, and offer excellent front and rear coverage.

I grabbed the Nextbase 622GW, and it’s been great so far. Super easy to install, and I love that it has built-in Alexa so I can control it hands-free. The footage is clear, even at night, and it has emergency SOS features in case of an accident. Wireless connection is smooth, and I don’t have to mess with SD cards to get my videos.
