Jeep software issues and no help from the support

Hello!
All the safety, comfort, battery level, and system don't show up on the screens anymore because of an uncompleted update.
I took it to the dealer, but it had to stay there for more than two weeks.
I even contacted the Jeep customer support, but I got nothing from them. I am disappointed with the situation.

Have you tried asking the dealer if a full system reset might get the screens working again while they sort out the update? I’ve heard of people with similar issues in other EVs getting some functionality back that way. Still, Jeep should step up here, it’s disappointing.

Aside from the safety and comfort features, those don’t show on my screen either. Have you received any updates on the situation?
 
Hey everyone, after so many weeks of frustration, I followed up with Jeep customer service again, and they escalated the issue to a higher tier. The dealer got me in for another visit, and they managed to complete the software update correctly this time. Everything is working as it should now! Thank you for all your replies!
