Lost Steering/Brakes

I'm having a serious safety issue with my Wagoneer. I've experienced this terrifying incident where I completely lost power steering and brakes while driving. Thankfully, I was able to safely stop, but it was terrifying. After restarting the engine, everything seemed to be working fine again, and there were no warning lights.

To make matters worse, when I had it towed to the dealership, they used the wrong type of truck. They basically dragged it on its front wheels, causing major damage. Now, Wagoneer is denying any responsibility.

I'm scared to drive this vehicle again. Has anyone else experienced this frightening loss of steering and brakes? Did you find a solution to the problem?

that's a nightmare scenario. Losing power steering and brakes suddenly is a huge safety risk. It's frustrating that the dealership's towing mishap added insult to injury. Have you considered reaching out to Jeep's customer service directly? Sometimes escalating the issue can get better results.

This is absolutely unacceptable. Losing both steering and braking is a major safety defect and Wagoneer's handling of this is appalling. You should definitely contact Jeep corporate, as @Ellie_Moxxi have suggested. But I'd also recommend consulting with a lawyer for this one. The damage from the improper towing is one thing, but the potential safety hazard from the initial malfunction is far more serious and could be grounds for legal action.
