There's a problem with the Uconnect, that's why Alexa doesn't work well. Afaik, this issue is not yet resolved even after multiple software updates. I guess we should just wait for Jeep's announcement then 🤷♂️
Is yours a 2022 model? I've heard that the TSB 08-090-22 requires software updates to address specific issues. You might need to take it to your dealer.
I think your Wagoneer was parked outside in the lot for several months before being delivered. Long-term exposure to sunlight can frequently result in issues like this.
Maybe your locking mechanism is damaged. Have it checked by your dealer.
Or try disconnecting and reconnecting the harness that connects the door to the chassis.
I'm using WeatherTech mats. Much better than Jeep's OEM mats.

An HDMI splitter could be a solution. You could connect your source device (like a streaming box) to the splitter, then run separate HDMI cables to each display in your car.
