Yeah, it's definitely frustrating when the whole entertainment setup doesn't work as advertised, especially with my family on board. I’m seriously considering a portable 5G hotspot at this point. Seems like it might be the best solution since AT&T’s plan wasn’t cutting it.

I think I disconnected the car's battery at some point, maybe that is why it happened.

This is sad to hear, and very strange that so many of these are happening. The 6.4 engine has been around for a while in the Ram 2500, unless it's a different engine.

Hello all! On my Wagoneer I set up a profile for myself and my wife. But for some unknown reason, Alexa works on my wife's profile and on mine it gives an error message that Alexa is unavailable. Has anyone faced this issue?

It sounds like your liftgate might be out of sync. You can try lifiting the door all the way up and then press and hold the button till you hear a beep. You can also set the max height if you need to avoid it hitting your garage ceiling.

It sounds like you car might be in limp mode, it is weird that your dealership couldn't fix it. It's likely a thermostat issue, you should probably switch dealers or let your current one know what you found out.

This sounds really alarming! I dont think this is very common but there have been reports of sunroofs spontaneously shattering in some Jeeps. Probably due to temperature changes or manufacturing error. But I think this should be covered under warranty. Let us know what happens
