Jeep Buyback Nightmare

This is turning into a total nightmare for our family! We started a buyback almost three weeks ago after a month of shop visits in the first 2 months of owning our Jeep. Now we still have major issues - no heat, busted backup sensors, and the emergency braking is out. Here's the laundry list of problems: engine misfire, transmission acting crazy, infotainment crapping out, seat heater dead, plus the whole emergency braking and sensor debacle!

We got one call from retention a week ago, then nothing. I've requested supervisor callbacks multiple times, nothing! Calling daily gets me nowhere. This is the WORST car experience ever. I didn't expect Jeep's got this level of customer service.
