Stuttering nav voice

I've had issues with the nav lady's voice on my ride for some time; she keeps stuttering. I managed to fix the TomTom map issue ages ago, but her voice still sounds like she’s struggling with a speech impediment.

It’s like she’s stuck in a time warp while other Uconnect systems...like the one in the Jeep I borrowed last week are doing so well. Seriously, the difference is night and day! I just had to ask if anyone else has had this issue or knows how to fix it because my navigation lady might really need a break.

Anyway, have you tried giving the system a little reset or updating the software? If that doesn’t work, hitting up customer support might be your best move. Goodluck man!

Try changing the voice completely. Maybe if you change to a language and then back to English, the glitch gets reset.

I finally got it fixed, a full system reset did the trick, held the power and volume buttons down until it rebooted. The nav voice is finally back to normal.
