Wagoneer Connect Payment Method Issue

I’m totally stuck trying to add a payment method to my Wagoneer Connect account. I’m trying to grab the "Assistance" package, but checkout is giving me major grief. I’ve messed with it a bunch of times, and it’s still not working. Anyone else have this issue or know how to get a payment method to stick? I’m losing my mind here!

I had a similar issue. I had no choice but to call them and share my credit card info because there were no other options.

My FCA Connect has never worked, not even since I bought the car. For a $100k vehicle, it's unacceptable. And the lane assist is broken because the dealer messed up the update. Wagoneer Assist is useless too. This is so frustrating!
