I've been dealing with a super annoying issue since I got mine as well. Every time I switch driver profiles, my Alexa settings just disappear. The only fix is to unregister and then re-register Alexa, which is such a hassle. If you stick to one driver profile, Alexa works just fine, but since each seat memory needs its own profile, that’s not really an option. The dealership says it’s a UConnect software problem and nothing they can do about it. I’ve bugged Wagoneer Connect a bunch of times, but I’m still waiting for a software update to sort it out.
