hello everyone!

I assumed we would get a Wagoneer Loaner from Certified dealers when we brought our Wagoneers in for service. The last Grand Cherokee L we received had three rows of seating, not a Wagoneer but at least it had three rows. This time we got a GMC Terrain that totally small for our family.

What gives?

The dealership is just following the manufacturer's warranty guidelines. If they give you a loaner car, they will cover the entire cost. Many dealerships do not offer loaner cars due to insurance and liability concerns. They also do not receive large discounts from rental car companies. However, if you talk to the person in charge of your case, they may allow you to rent a car. If you bought your car from the same dealership, they may be able to help you pay for the rental.
