Alexa doesn;t work on my profile

Hello all!

On my Wagoneer I set up a profile for myself and my wife. But for some unknown reason, Alexa works on my wife's profile and on mine it gives an error message that Alexa is unavailable. Has anyone faced this issue?

There's a problem with the Uconnect, that's why Alexa doesn't work well. Afaik, this issue is not yet resolved even after multiple software updates. I guess we should just wait for Jeep's announcement then

That makes sense, thanks for the heads up. It’s frustrating that even after updates the issue isn’t fixed. Guess we’ll have to wait and hope Jeep sorts it out soon.

It sounds like Alexa is only working on your wife's profile in your Wagoneer. First, make sure Alexa is properly linked to your profile in the car. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your phone. The system might be confusing your voice. Try retraining your voice profile. A system reboot or a battery disconnect might also help. If the problem persists, visit the dealership.
