I used to run a repair shop, and I have dealt with vibration issues many times. I'm now having vibration problems on my wife's 22 Wagoneer series III, and I had the alignment checked at 2,500 miles and was surprised by the specs when I got it back. I thought either Jeep made a mistake or the air ride adjusts the toe at different speeds. They set the toe to positive .20 on each side, and I think this will cause tire wear and vibrations at highway speeds. I’ve contacted Wagoneer engineers to confirm if these specs are correct. What do you all think?

Why don't you take it to a reputable tire shop instead of going to Jeep? There are many of them who can do a superb job.

Your alignment specs definitely sound a bit off for a vehicle like the Wagoneer. Positive toe on both sides could explain the highway vibration and might accelerate tire wear if left unchecked. Air ride suspension does adjust dynamically, but it shouldn’t mess with alignment to this extent. I’d wait to hear back from the engineers, but in the meantime, you could check with another shop for a second opinion. Sometimes the factory specs aren’t ideal for real-world driving.

I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem. I'm starting to think we might need to consider legal action.

I'm having a real issue with tire wear on my 2022 Wagoneer Series III. I've already gone through two sets, and the new ones are wearing unevenly on the outside edges. The dealership keeps brushing it off, but I'm starting to think there's something seriously wrong with my vehicle.
