Communication troubles wit reps

Is it just me or has anyone else had issues with communication with reps? I’ve had three reps go missing in action on me. The first guy was really nice on the call, but after that, it was crickets, don't even get me started on the second and third...there was no callbacks, no nothing. Its crazy!!!!

What do you mean by you would go visit the dealer? He is talking about having difficulties communicating with customer service representatives. Am I right, @Alan? That's too funny, haha!

Probably they were just beginners...

I meant going to them in person instead of just calling! Haha my bad!

Sorry I didnt give an update on this, I decided to try a different approach. I reached out through their online chat feature instead of the phone, and I finally connected with someone who was attentive and responsive! They helped me get all my questions answered and followed up regularly. If you're having similar issues, I highly recommend exploring other contact options like chat or social media. It really made a difference for me.

Thanks for the update! I’m glad to hear you got everything sorted out. I’ll definitely keep the online chat and social media options in mind if I run into similar issues. Sounds like they were much more responsiv that way!
