Error messages on my Wagoneer 4x4 Hurricane Engine

I recently bought a used Wagoneer 4x4 Hurricane and have been enjoying the smooth ride. However, while driving at around 70 mph yesterday, I received two error messages: 'See User Manual for Proper Oil and Fuel' and 'See Dealer, Service Engine.' The vehicle's performance appears unaffected. I attempted to turn off the car, but the messages persisted. Does anyone know what could be causing these problems?

Looks like your engine might have been running on regular fuel. Try topping it up with premium fuel and drive through a few tanks before giving it another shot on the highway to see if the warning light comes back. Also, check your oil - if it's looking pretty grimy, swapping it out for fresh stuff could make a difference.
