Hey all, I hope this is the right section to share this....so my Wagoneer SII left me stranded for 3 hours, and I had to wait for a tow. It’s been in the shop for almost two weeks now. They thought it was fixed, but during a test drive, the RPMs jumped to 5,500, and the engine overheated again...and we got low oil pressure and low oil level warnings, it turns out the thermostat was stuck.
The technician said he’s working on three other Wagoneers with similar problems and mentioned the computer systems are just too buggy. Once I get it back, I’ll be watching for any engine damage, and I have made up my mind to trade it in when the 2025 models come out, no more Jeeps for me!
