venting a bit here! been having some trouble with my Wagoneer

recently had it in the shop for over a month, and things got messy with rental car reimbursement.
wcs initially said they'd cover it past the original return date, but now they're denying it and I'm stuck with a $980 bill! Anyone else had similar experiences with wcs? this is getting a bit frustrating

Did you have a written agreement on it? If it's just verbal, then it's really hard for you to prove it since they can easily deny it. I don't know with Jeep man, they just keep on getting worse and worse.
