Series 3 Wagoneer roof top tent

Looking to add a roof top tent to my Series 3 Wagoneer, but not sure about the stock cross bars. They say 160lbs, is that total or per side? Will it hold a tent? If not, any recommendations for a roof rack that works with the OEM rails, or do I need a whole new setup?
